Approval may be provided through signed paperwork, online acceptance, email confirmation, text authorization, or payment of an invoice. Once approved, Living Space Solution may reserve labor teams, designers, contractors, materials, and installation dates specifically for your project.

3. Deposits & Payment Terms

Deposits are commonly required for custom materials, special orders, large projects, or reserved schedules. Depending on the size of the project, progress payments may be invoiced at agreed milestones. Final balances are payable according to invoice terms once work is substantially complete or goods are delivered. Unpaid balances may result in delayed handover, paused scheduling, or suspension of warranty support where permitted by law.

4. Changes To Scope

If the customer requests additional work, upgraded products, revised layouts, relocated fixtures, or new design features after approval, Living Space Solution may issue an updated estimate or variation order. Changes may impact project cost, procurement timing, and completion schedules.

5. Access & Site Readiness

Customers agree to provide safe and practical access to the property during scheduled service hours. Delays caused by locked premises, blocked workspaces, unavailable utilities, uncontrolled pets, unsafe environments, or absent decision-makers may require rescheduling. Additional service fees may apply where legally permitted.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Unless specifically included in writing, customers are responsible for removing valuables, protecting delicate items, securing confidential materials, obtaining building or community approvals, and keeping children or pets clear of active work zones. Timely approvals and responses are important to maintaining schedules.

7. Materials & Product Variations

Natural wood, stone, tile, marble, fabric, paint, and metal products may vary in color, grain, texture, sheen, or veining from samples or photographs. Such variations are normal and not considered defects. If selected products become unavailable, Living Space Solution may recommend comparable alternatives for approval.

8. Workmanship Promise

Living Space Solution guarantees the quality of its direct workmanship for the service-specific warranty period communicated to the customer. This generally covers defects caused directly by our labor under normal residential use. It does not cover misuse, neglect, accidental damage, flooding, structural movement, pest activity, unauthorized modifications, weather events, or repairs performed by others.

9. Manufacturer Coverage

Appliances, electronics, lighting, hardware, smart devices, and branded fixtures may include separate manufacturer warranties. These products remain subject to the manufacturer’s own terms, exclusions, and claim procedures.

10. Delays Beyond Reasonable Control

Living Space Solution is not liable for delays caused by severe weather, transportation issues, labor shortages, illness, supplier backorders, permit processing, utility outages, emergency events, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
